The Harbour School (Delta Education Trust) is looking to appoint an Administrator to start as soon as possible on a permanent contract.

Administrator: 37 hours per week, 42 weeks per year, 8.30 a.m. – 4.30 p.m. Monday – Thursday, 8.30 a.m. – 4.00 p.m. Friday

Band: D FTE: £19,312 – £20,092 pro rata depending on experience

Actual Salary Range: £17,789 – £18,507

The Harbour School is a special school and alternative provision for pupils with SEMH and/or Medical Needs who are unable to attend mainstream school.

The principal duties of this position will be to support and undertake a range of administrative and reception duties, including being a point of contact for pupils, parents/carers and visitors to the school.  As well as filing, typing correspondence, entering and updating pupil information within the appropriate databases (SIMS). The post holder will be expected to provide a friendly pupil-centred service, supporting administrative processes across the School.
