A position has arisen for an Adult Intervention Keyworker within a charity based in Portsmouth. The Roberts Centre enjoys a reputation for its work with families and children and has achieved national recognition for its high quality services in the areas of Homelessness, Parenting and Childcare.
Job Title: Adult Intervention Keyworker
Hours: 15.5 hrs
Location: Gamble Road, Portsmouth.
Salary: £9,816 (£23,432 fte pro rata)
The Adult Intervention Project is a unique service working intensively with homeless adults who are at risk of losing their accommodation due to their vulnerabilities and/or anti-social behaviours.
The post holder will be an integral part of the Adult Intervention Team and someone who shares our values and who has the passion to help us to improve the lives of adults, families and children.
You will enjoy working at a fast pace in an ever changing environment, possess excellent communication skills and have the confidence and ability to challenge people in a non-threatening or judgmental way. You will also need to have a creative and flexible approach, working closely with other agencies to find positive solutions to the difficulties our clients are currently facing.
