Your New Role & What We Can Offer You

Are you a Degree/Chartered qualified & experienced Building Engineering Services Manager with a forward-thinking, self-motivated attitude?  An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an expanding Consultancy team based in Portsmouth; a great waterfront location on the South coast.

We can offer you a varied role, dealing with a wide range of predominantly public sector properties, projects and an expanding external client list, and assisting in new fee income generation for the service.

You will be based mainly at the Portsmouth Civic Offices/home managing a team of professional Electrical and Mechanical design/Maintenance Engineers, Lift Engineers and supporting the Head of Building Engineering Services in providing consultancy services.

You will be a Senior member of the Buildings management team, which is an in-house consultancy team delivering projects associated with the Portsmouth City Council asset portfolio and actively delivering and promoting its services to other public sector clients. You will use your innovative way of working to build the team, manage resources/finical targets and support the team’s professional development as well as your own.
