Your New Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and experienced Business Support Officer. You will have responsibility for providing senior business support to the integrated children’s commissioning team, working across Portsmouth City Council (PCC) and NHS Portsmouth Clinical Commissioning Group (PCCG).

This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of the integrated children’s commissioning team and will include providing high quality ad-hoc senior business support in line with broader children’s commissioning priorities within the CCG. The post holder will be an integral member of the team and provide comprehensive project, administration and logistical support for a wide range of projects, events and meetings. 

What you’ll need to succeed

You will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate high standards of customer care and service.  In addition you will be able to take accurate, detailed minutes of complex meeting which will contain confidential and sensitive information.
