Actual Salary: £16,985 – £18,754 per annum

Court Lane Junior is a vibrant, inspiring academy of 480 pupils, organised into 4 year groups from Year 3 to Year 6. Our values ‘Believe Inspire Achieve’ are woven through all that we do here, ensuring that children have an exceptional and enjoyable learning experience at their time in our school.

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills who is able to communicate with pupils to provide regular cover for teachers in class. Drawing on your experience, you will be expected to teach lively and engaging lessons from plans and respond appropriately to the needs of the pupils in line with Academy policy.  We can offer a supportive environment with opportunities for personal growth and development.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to communicate with pupils and a wide range of people including parents, carers and outside agencies.  You will be resilient and hard working with the ability to work on your own initiative while understanding the need to work as part of a cohesive team.
