Your New Role

Based in our digital team, you will be responsible for an online hub of information designed to support residents through the challenges associated with rising costs of living, providing a dynamic resource of engaging and informative content for our customers.

You will coordinate information from a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to make sure the information is constantly updated, and you’ll work with marketing and communications colleagues, including our talented design team, to create a range of rich content for digital channels to support the project.

You will need to love data as you will be responsible for using analytics from a wide range of tools to understand and monitor the customer journey across digital platforms, for optimising search terms, and for ensuring the structure and content of the information hub is as easy as possible for customers to navigate.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will be a digital expert, with experience of UX, information architecture, content management and data/insight tools. You will be confident demonstrating your ability to make improvements to the customer experience on digital channels, and proactive in engaging with stakeholders. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively, the ability to write and edit digital content for a variety of audiences, and experience producing/handling rich content.
