HR Advisor for Solent Academies Trust
Solent Academies Trust is seeking to recruit a professional, personable and conscientious HR Advisor to join the Central Trust team.
This is a new exciting opportunity to become part of a fast-paced small team who only strive for the best!
The HR Advisor will provide a comprehensive HR service to our four special schools and will be able to work flexibly across our four academies. The role will be based at Littlegreen Academy near Chichester.
You will be responsible for a broad range of HR procedures including staff inductions, new starter processes, absence management, maternity, exit interviews as well as supporting our Principals and Senior Leadership teams.
You will need to be a methodical, enthusiastic and a highly organised individual who possess excellent time management skills. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate a high level of competency in ICT and be a strong communicator with experience of working in a HR environment.

The post is Band 6 for 37 hours a week, 52 weeks per year.
Salary £21,841 – £25,481 per annum.
