We provide care and support to 46, mainly elderly, residents. We help them with any practical tasks they cannot manage themselves, or may need encouragement to complete independently. We specialise in care for the elderly, palliative care and offer reablement and convalescence as well.

What is the job?

As the Laundry Lead, you will be at the heart of our busy home. You will take pride in ensuring that everyone’s laundry and other possessions are just as they like them. Using your natural organisational skills, you will ensure our laundry and sundry system is well organised, and that everyone’s items are clean, well presented and in the right place.

As part of your busy role, you will get to spend a lot of time with our wonderful residents – and so you will enjoy being sociable, friendly, and responsive to the needs of people with different abilities, wishes and aspirations.

You will join a positive and caring team focused on fostering a supportive and fun atmosphere throughout the home. Your commitment to St Ronans’ values will help champion outstanding pastoral care for St Ronans’ residents, their friends and relatives and members of staff.
