Your New Role
Working in the Parking Enforcement Team and reporting to a Senior Civil Enforcement Officer, you will be responsible for the processing and arranging of parking suspensions; arranging quotations and answering customer queries on suspensions through all types of communication channels, for example face to face, email and telephone.
The role is mainly office based, although some on street activities are required to effectively meet the needs of the role, including driving the service vehicle as required.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have relevant experience in a similar administration role, you will also have a working knowledge of Microsoft applications and good general IT skills. You will be customer focussed with good interpersonal and communication skills.
You will have good attention to detail and have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines as appropriate.
