Resettlement Team Leader

Hours: 37 Hours per week (flexibility is needed with some evening and weekend work at times)

Salary: £24,432 per annum

Location: Portsmouth Area

An opportunity has arisen for a Resettlement Team Leader, within a charity based in Portsmouth.

The Team Leader we are looking for will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating on a daily basis. A good communicator who is proactive and can role model good practice is essential for this busy and fulfilling post. Leading a team providing support to clients in a range of accommodation options, including temporary accommodation, you will have an understanding of homelessness and the affect this has on individuals and families. As a key member of the Resettlement Team, you will provide bespoke support to reduce the incidence of homelessness and increase clients’ ability to maintain a tenancy in the future.

You will have experience of working closely with other agencies to ensure that clients have full access to all resources, including assistance in registration with health services, schools and community support.
