Teaching Assistant who can support children with SEN and behavioural needs

We are looking for a dedicated, kind and resilient Teaching Assistant to join our fantastic team.
The successful candidate will be working on a one to one basis supporting children who can, at times, exhibit challenging behaviours and Autism Spectrum Disorders. They will need to be able to set safe boundaries for acceptable behaviour.
For this position you will need to be able to demonstrate a broad range of skills as an SEND Teaching Assistant who has worked successfully with SEND pupils for a minimum of two years and has had considerable experience of supporting children with a broad variety of behavioural need.
Successful candidates will need to fully commit to Corpus Christi’s values and ethos.
The post is term time only – 5 days per week (32 hours per week)
FTE (Full Time Equivalent) pay: £18,562 – £18,877
