The Roberts Centre charity has a reputation for developing innovative effective services to support vulnerable people, families and children who are struggling to improve their difficult circumstances whether from homelessness, debt, tenancy issues or family breakdown.

Tenancy Support Manager.

Job Title: Service Manager

Hours: 37 hours

Location: Gamble Road, Portsmouth

Salary: £31,417 (£32,202 from 1st October)

Our Service Managers need to be flexible and able to manage new projects at a moment’s notice.

Currently this post manages two exciting areas of work.

Circle of Support , works in partnership with people who are in immediate hardship & need assistance and support in addressing the underlying issues causing their crisis. in areas such as debt, fuel or food poverty or other financial issues such as homelessness or family breakdown.

Family Tenancy Support , aimed at helping families, including those who are new to the UK to settle into Portsmouth, ensuring they receive all the help and support they need around areas such as employment, benefits, housing, health and education.

Are You ?

Ø  Committed, enthusiastic, and self-motivated. Individual

Do you have?

Ø  The passion to deliver high quality services to help improve the lives of children and families

Ø  Managerial experience of leading and motivating staff teams

Ø  Excellent communication skills

Ø  Experience of working with vulnerable children and families in a multi-agency setting
