Your New Role

In this role you will provide fit for purpose customer solutions to time, quality and budget. You will manage stakeholder relationships and develop and manage testing strategies/plans. You will creatively use resources to deliver outcomes and you will be responsible for project admin. You will influence positive outcomes and complete tasks such as note taking and action tracking. You will lead by example to inspire staff and colleagues and identify and solve a wide variety of positive challenges.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will have experience with developing test strategies and test plans, and experience with managing testing of business processes, applications, and infrastructure, governance and administration tasks. You will have experience with managing a virtual test team made up from larger team and an understanding of Testing processes. You will be Prince 2 Foundation qualified, or similar recognised methodology.

You will be responsible and accountable for deliver of your personal tasks and outcomes. You will be a creative individual who is able to bring new ideas that will set us apart from others. you will be committed with excellent negotiation skills to be able to bring all parties/stakeholders on board. You will be an excellent communicator with skills to be able to develop relationships with stakeholders and suppliers. You will be consistent, supportive, proactive and flexible in the way you deliver. You will be positive and take pride in your and our success.
